Introduction 

Big Idea: Because the Son of God has drawn near to heal us completely, he now works through us to bring others to his saving touch. 

1. Recognize Him for Who He Is [Mt. 14:35a]

“When the men of that place recognized him” 

2. Send Word Concerning Him [Mt. 14:35b]

“They alerted the whole vicinity” 

3. Bring Needy People to Him [Mt. 14:35c]

“and brought to him all who were sick” 

4. Plead with Him on Their Behalf [Mt. 14:36a]

“They begged him that they might only touch the end of his robe” 

5. Touch Him and Be Healed [Mt. 14:36b]

“and as many as touched it were healed”
