Step-By-Step
Installing Church Connect on your phone is easy. The steps are similar whether you have an Android or iPhone.
Step 1: Navigate to your Church Connect page using your phone’s browser.
You must use Safari if you’re using an iPhone, or Chrome if you’re on an Android phone. On your smartphone, navigate to fbcdelphi.churchtrac.com, or use your phone’s camera to instantly navigate to the page by scanning this QR Code:
Step 2: Install the App
Follow the prompt to install the app. If you don't see a prompt, click the Action/Share button and then "Add to Home Screen."

Step 3: Use the App
From now on, use the new app icon on your home screen to run Church Connect. There’s no need to use your browser anymore!
Now that you’re app is installed, here’s what you need to do:
Step 1: Wait for notice that your account is approved.
Step 2: Update your directory information and pictures. See the three lines at the top left of the screen? Click on that, and you will see all the places you can go. Click on “My Profile.” This is where you can update your information and picture. (You don’t need to tell it to save or anything, because it saves automatically.)
Step 3: Next, click on the three little lines again and go to “Online Directory.” Slide the toggle switch at the top to the right to allow others to view your directory listing. If you don’t do this, your family’s names will show up, but no one will know how to contact you.
Step 4: Set up online giving (optional). If you’d like to set up online giving for your tithes and offerings, there’s no time like the present! You can choose to manually send your payment each time, or if your prefer, you can set it up to send automatically. Either way, you’ll need to get the initial set up done before you can use it. You may choose to pay via a debit/credit card or via bank ACH. If you choose to use a debit/credit card, you may choose to pay the processing fee (a percentage of your payment amount) in addition to your tithe & offering. If you do not choose to pay the processing fee yourself, it will be deducted from your tithe and offering as an expense to the church – your choice. If you choose instead to pay via bank ACH and have the money sent directly from your bank account, there is a $0.25 fee incurred. Of course, you can always continue to bring or mail us a check, or even use cash. You have options!
NOTE: Currently, there are no Upcoming Events listed, but they’ll be there soon, I promise – we’re working on it. Our goal is that over time, little by little, our calendars, sign-ups, and much more will be included in this app.
